SongFinder provides song identification using ACRCloud and integrations with Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music for adding songs to playlists. We use Beehiiv for newsletters and Stripe for processing donations.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account for certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights of music providers.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with ACRCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Beehiiv, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Donations and Payments

Donations are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is owned by SongFinder or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SongFinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
